Viveo’s healthcare technology platform gives insurance providers, doctors, patients, clinics, and companies with a single solution that encompasses every factor of healthcare in order to improve access, convenience, and affordability of healthcare in a globally interconnected world.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing marketing automation flows for lead generation, conversion and retention in an omnichannel setup including push, email, sms etc.);
  • Automation/database/lead gen analyses and weekly/monthly reporting;
  • Optimisation of automated flows in order to improve on KPIs (includes A/B testing)
  • Briefing our production partners (content, copy and design) to deliver needed assets (if you like - you will be able to produce these assets yourself too at times)
  • Cooperating with Product, Marketing and Customer Support teams to deliver smooth (and great) experience to all users while maximizing our business results (imagine solving here tech challenges, helping to envision and develop new features or being part of our strategic and creative brainstorms)

Our perfect new teammate:

  • Has around 2 to 4 years of experience with mobile Marketing Automation - both planning and implementation;
  • Has experience configuring and implementing Marketing Automation tooling and how to integrate this with other systems;
  • Worked with Webengage, Airship, Twilio, Sendinblue and tools from similar advancement level;
  •  Has experience in general mobile marketing tooling (reporting, integrations, performance)
  • Has excellent command of English, spoken and written (yes, we will need you to check the content delivered for quality benchmarks!);
  • Is detail oriented and can plan few steps ahead so we don't need to generate last minute tasks and stress (we are a startup, things change here fast enough)
  • Likes to work independently but appreciates advice and help - teamwork means taking full ownership but not equals "doing it all by myself"
